Water Colour Florals

While painting wreaths i started to paint sheets of florals so that i could scan them in and uses them separately to make digital florals or to add into my work in another way.

Painting these florals has really showed me what i an actually do, before I was apprehensive about painting but now i really enjoy it, knowing that my style doesn't have to be overly detailed and can look small and soft has filled me with a lot of confidence. 

Standfast and Barracks

Going on this trip was really helpful, to see how the fabric is printed and how much good into everything is really interesting and was very inspiring.

Floral Wreaths

While looking at botanical illusions and flowers I started to create floral wreaths with my water colour painting to try and find a style I was happy with, this is also something that while looking at the WGSN trends and their water colour florals inspired these wreaths.
